- The Institute’s faculty consists of prominent university professors and Ph.D. candidates. The staff consists of graduate students and advanced (seniors or juniors) undergraduates. Faculty-student ratio is 1 to 4; and staff-student ratio is 1 to 6.5.

- The student population consists of a body of high achieving middle and high school students from around the country and international students.
