Requirements for the Career Development Academy
The 2024 Career Development Academy will be an in-person program at Mercer County Community College.
To be considered for participation in this program, a complete application must be received. The information submitted should be typewritten or in pen. To be eligible for this program, applicants must follow the criteria below:
- COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required for participation in the Career Development Academy.
- You must be entering the 8th or 9th grade (a current 7th or 8th grader) living in or attending a school in Trenton or Mercer County New Jersey.
- You must have a minimum C+ overall grade in classes (grade point average).
- You must complete the student online application.
- You must submit your latest report card.
- Your parents must be willing to support the Institute’s mission, goals, and objectives.
