Requirements for the Accelerated Learning Academy (10-11)
To be considered for participation in the Accelerated Learning Academy for 10th-11th graders, a complete application with supplementary materials must be received. To be eligible, applicants must follow the criteria below:
- Currently in 10th, 11th grade
- Minimum Overall GPA: 3.0, 75/100 or B
- Minimum Overall Average in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and or Mathematics) Courses: B
- Completed Online Application
- 300-Word Essay: What is your interest in the program? Describe your education and career goals.
- You must supply two (2) letters of recommendation; at least one from a teacher or counselor.
